Job Title: User Support Technician

Xtreme Network Inc. is seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Networking hardware, servers, desktop applications, and security software
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and own tools/equipment (computer)
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, and able to support newcomers and refugees

Job Requirements:

  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Work a 32 to 40 hour workweek
  • Speak English as the primary language
