We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle for residential, high-rise buildings, from concept design to construction start-up, procurement, and mobilization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction, document deficiencies, manage suite completions, and handle commissioning and closeout phases, emphasizing long-term quality.
- Interface with the entire construction team and report directly to the Construction Manager.
- Create and maintain roles and responsibilities matrix for project teams.
- Develop and manage construction schedules and sequencing.
- Administer subcontracts, define scopes of work, create schedules of values, and ensure subcontractor's obligations are met.
- Manage change orders, ensure reports help manage SI's CCO's CD's, and create and distribute change orders.
- Monitor construction budgets and conduct quality control activities and inspection programs.
- Assist with project closeout, including archiving documents, operations and maintenance manuals, deficiencies, and warranty close out work.
- 5+ years in a Construction Project Manager role, with up-to-date knowledge of construction techniques and standards, as well as building codes and best practices.
- Experience working on large residential, high-rise construction sites, knowledge of Procore Construction Software, and previous People Leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps and ability to read and comprehend construction drawings and documents.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, strong attention to detail, and high level of quality, consistency, and analytics.
- Ability to liaise with a variety of clients, suppliers, and contractors.
