Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate Generalist to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate Generalist, you will be responsible for receiving and processing inventory, operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process inventory, verifying accuracy and scanning orders into our computer system.
  • Operate a riding powered pallet jack and/or forklift to move products efficiently in a productive environment.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets, shelves, or conveyor belts based on the necessary route for either the packing station or shipping department.
  • Load orders safely and efficiently, utilizing machinery to shrink wrap products on pallets.
  • Unload trucks and verify inventory, recording and reporting discrepancies and/or damages as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating a gas forklift and electric pallet jack.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse environment required.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis required.
  • Able to stand, walk, pull, and bend 100% of the day on a continuous basis in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivational skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
