Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transfer-in and transfer-out requests, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Investigate and resolve transfer-related issues, communicating effectively with clients and institutions.
  • Reconcile daily transfer control accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account transfers, clearing, or custody.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of brokerage industry practices and regulations.
  • Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English.
  • Familiarity with ATON, Dataphile, Fundserv, CDS, Arrow, and DTCC.
