We are seeking a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and French
- Work closely with the brokerage network to develop and support new initiatives
- Utilize excellent computer skills to juggle between different systems and software
- Meet sales targets and provide product recommendations to clients
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

- Bilingual skills in English and French

- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am - 5:00pm
**Note**
During the first year, you will be required to work every Saturday and statutory holidays. You will be compensated according to labor standards.
