We are seeking a compassionate and caring Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at CareCorp Seniors Services. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities:- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and provide personal care to residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural education and experience are preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of $40.21-$41.45.
