Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Pro Vita Care Management is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents in Long Term Care in Burnaby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions, as well as providing personal care and support as needed.
Responsibilities:
Observe and monitor residents' physical and psychological conditions
Document and update information about residents' care and nursing procedures
Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required
Support emergency staff scheduling as needed
Ensure adherence to Infection Control Practices and provide education as required
Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurses program or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience recognized by the BCCNM
Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
Maintain Occupational First Aide Level 1 status
Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written
