Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall management of patient needs. This role offers opportunities in Long Term Care (LTC) settings.

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, utilizing a trauma-informed approach

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Lead training/counseling groups

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments throughout treatment

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license with BCCNM required

• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Adults Sector

• CPR Level C certification

• Up-to-date Immunization Schedule
