About the Work
  • Develop a deep understanding of user behavior and interactions with theScore's apps and websites.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools (Branch, Optimove, Google Analytics) to identify opportunities for advanced analytics techniques and drive insights.
  • Create data models via dbtCloud to optimize database performance and facilitate analysis.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, investigating anomalies and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze and compare the quality of paid acquisition and CRM campaigns for media and betting apps.
  • Provide ad-hoc SQL support to answer business questions and requests.
  • Analyze results of betting promotions and recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Design, execute, and measure multivariate testing related to marketing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in media, sports betting, analytics, and marketing industries.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to identify data-driven projects and perform in-depth analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee team analysis to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Mentor junior data analysts.
About You
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with various analytics tools, including Looker, Mode, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, Branch, Sensor Tower, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with analysis tools, with R or Python packages preferred.
  • Passion for solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and simple manner.
  • Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
