About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at European Butcher Boy Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Food Specialties: Prepare and bake a variety of breads and rolls, desserts and pastries, donuts and muffins.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, Dependability, Reliability, Team player.
  • Work Terms: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
