Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Small Victory Bakery (Brentwood) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing dough, baking, and decorating pastries and cakes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and ingredients.
