About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at BGIS. As a Property Manager, you will play a critical role in the management of commercial real estate, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-maintained and their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including accounting, maintenance, and repairs, to ensure compliance with management agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate tenant construction activities and landlord work to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Prepare and implement initiatives to increase tenant satisfaction and retention, while upholding the quality and effectiveness of tenant/owner relations.
  • Lead and develop property management staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Community college diploma or equivalent training (CPM, RPA, FMA).
  • More than five years up to ten years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with peers, managers, and clients (French and English).
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Security level 2 clearance.
