Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at 727190.NB. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
