Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and answering questions about our products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with our policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide expert advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and setting up displays.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with making deliveries as needed.
- Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position preferred.
