Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate food requirements and prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize resource allocation.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
