Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Team Member to join our team at Guildford Mall. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, sharing our products, and spreading wellness through the in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, providing exceptional customer service and sharing our products with community members.
  • Generate business results by achieving key performance indicators, including revenue growth, conversion rates, and loyalty program growth.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Uphold presentation standards to elevate the in-store experience and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to inspire and uplift each other, embodying our core values of Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness, and Belonging.
  • Contribute to a team environment where all team members feel a sense of belonging and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Available to work during our holiday freeze period and on select peak days, including Black Friday and December 24th-26th.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and sharing our products with community members.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing situations.
