Key Responsibilities:- Assess, implement, evaluate, report, and document actions to affect positive outcomes related to the residents' health.
- Ensure nursing staff perform assigned tasks and duties.
- Coordinate, implement, and manage Home-wide programs such as skin care, behaviour management, infection control, back care, CQI/Risk Management, palliative care, quality of life, and health and safety.
- Ensure accurate completion of resident records reflecting the resident's health status and care provided, complying with legislative and Home requirements.
- Participate in the orientation process for residents, students, volunteers, and nursing personnel.
