Core Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our team at Hasbro Inc. and contribute to the conception of a new AAA multiplayer game in the universe of D&D using the Unreal Engine.

As a key member of our Core Team, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and driving player-centric systems, collaborating with other game designers and programmers to ensure implementation.

  • Develop and implement design logic, flow, and layout of the user interface across the game and gameplay loops.
  • Define and communicate the UX vision to the various teams to ensure consistency throughout the game.
  • Build functional prototypes and test concept features, eliminate friction points for players.
  • Determine the optimal inputs, controls, and behaviors to provide the best direction for the player and a consistent user experience.
  • Ensure proper implementation of functionalities and follow up on implementation.
  • Collaborate actively with various teams (Game design, UI, Audio, Art, Narrative, etc.).
  • Continuously test and adapt your designs based on results.
  • Use usability tests and players feedback to improve overall user experience.
  • Explore ways to apply the latest UX innovations to the project.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in UX design.
  • At least one AAA video game title delivered in a User Experience Designer role.
  • Experience and passion for multiplayer, GaaS, and PVP games is a strong plus.
  • Great video game culture.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
