Project Coordinator for Continual Improvement Initiatives

About the Role
Aecon is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Continuous Improvement (CI) team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the implementation of assigned improvement initiatives and support the implementation of Aecon's CI program elements.
- Assists in coordination and project management related to core CI deliverables and improvement initiatives.
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned initiatives.
- Maintains and manages schedules and supporting tasks/action tracking for all deliverables related to CI core deliverables and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates and chairs key stakeholder meetings related to key initiatives.
- Prepares and administers communications related to the promotion, development, and implementation of CI deliverables and assigned initiatives.
- Prepares, maintains, and delivers presentations and training for CI deliverables and initiatives.
Requirements
- Education to include undergraduate degree in Engineering or technical college diploma, and/or business administration, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of collective experience in related field, including project execution and general coordination.
- 3+ years Project Management/Coordination related experience (preferred).
