Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Sprucedale Care Centre Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including changing non-sterile dressings
  • Provide companionship and social support to residents
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in Personal Support Work or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a care setting
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
