Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Supervise in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing of linens and uniforms.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Coordinate dry cleaning and valet services to ensure prompt and efficient processing of guest items.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
