Axiom Technologies Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Field Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT services team, you will provide on-site and on-call support to our clients' desktop computing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot computer OS and peripherals
  • Handle different PC operating systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
  • Perform hardware and software installations, including deployment tools like SCCM
  • Provide printer support and basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
  • Install and troubleshoot MS Office tools
  • Offer excellent customer service and people skills
  • Support a variety of technologies and services
  • Possess advanced technical abilities, including solid troubleshooting skills for Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
  • Work a flexible schedule and be committed to working on demand when required
  • Have a strong customer service ethic and great communication skills
  • Be passionate about delivering quality results

Requirements:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
  • Flexible Work Arrangement (Rostering System)
