We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Job Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as maintaining quality control standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including preparing and serving food, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet high-quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food, supplies, and labor.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits
