About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist at Homebase, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build data and data science-driven features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solving critical business problems across various areas using data analysis and data science
  • Communicating the results of data science experiments to non-technical audiences
  • Participating in the monthly DS demos to talk about data science to the wider company
  • Working with our data and product engineering teams to productionize the data science models
  • Supporting Product, Engineering, and other leaders in data-driven decision-making
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or related field
  • Experience with various machine learning and statistical models
  • Proficient in SQL and Python
  • Ability to break down complex business problems into small constituent units
