At Capco, we're looking for a seasoned project lead to join our team in Toronto. As a Senior Financial Services Project Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of timelines and milestones according to project scope and within budget.

About the Role
  • Manage and facilitate the execution of project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to inform and support client-specific co-delivery plans.
  • Actively track project activities and their status, ensuring accountability for critical deadlines and tasks.
  • Engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and provide project updates.
  • Prepare work schedules and timelines with customers and the extended team.
  • Address and mitigate potential project delivery issues.
  • Maintain open communication between customers and Capco, ensuring best practices in implementation and onboarding.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs of newly implemented customers to the operations team.

This role requires 5+ years of project management and implementation experience, preferably in the financial services industry. You should have demonstrated experience leading application development projects and working with software re-write, re-engineering, or re-factoring projects.
