We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer to join our team at Wawanesa Insurance. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with data analysts and ML engineers to develop and deploy machine learning solutions that meet business needs.
- Design and implement robust, production-level solutions that integrate with our CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure.
- Oversee the enhancement and maintenance of our model-agnostic MLOps infrastructure and Python package.
- Work with development teams to test and deploy machine learning models.
- Develop metrics to evaluate the performance of machine learning solutions and ensure adherence to performance standards and data security requirements.
- More than five years of experience in developing and deploying enterprise-scale machine learning solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, data science, or computer science, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced degree in a related quantitative field preferred.
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, code reproducibility, and version control.
- Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL, as well as proficiency in Linux, Bash, and Docker.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into appropriate language for all stakeholders.
