Job SummaryAs a Financial Sector Clerk with Emblem Insurance Services Inc., you will be responsible for processing claims transactions, storing, updating, and retrieving financial data, and administering policy changes. Key Responsibilities
- Process claims transactions accurately and efficiently
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data in a secure and organized manner
- Administer policy changes in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide clients with information and support via phone, email, or in-person
- Collect premium payments and maintain financial records
- Prepare RRSP and term deposits for clients
- Sort, verify, and process financial transactions in a timely manner
- Calculate insurance premiums for clients
- Maintain up-to-date financial information and securities listings
- Compile and maintain accurate insurance data and records
- Notify customers of account discrepancies and provide solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
