We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Molly Maid. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist our cleaning team members in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
- Excellent judgement, reliability, and flexibility.
- Dependability and ability to work independently.
Our team members work in various locations, and you will be required to travel to different sites as needed. You will be exposed to odours and dusty environments, and you must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and crouching.
