Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Evening Facilities Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate cleaning tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to BINX standards.
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and products, addressing repairs or replacements as needed.
- Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
- Previous cleaning experience is essential.
- Management/Supervisory experience is required.
