About the Company
This company engages in the exploration, production, transportation, and sale of crude oil and natural gas. It operates through the following segments: Upstream, Downstream, and Corporate. The Upstream segment includes crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids exploration, field development, and production. The Downstream segment focuses on refining, logistics, power generation, and the marketing of crude oil, petroleum, and petrochemical products and related services to international and domestic customers. The Corporate segment offers supporting services, including human resources, finance, and information technology.
Job Summary
Responsible for general analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the Planning and Performance Management organization. Supervision and guidance are generally limited to outlines of overall objectives of assigned tasks, updates of work in progress, and approval of the incumbent's findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and execute routine planning and performance management tasks at the Admin Area level, including weekly highlights, monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, accountability reporting, KPI reporting, and business plan development.
- Assume the role of risk coordinator for the Admin Area.
- Represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives related to planning and performance management.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Area through hands-on involvement in these activities.
- Provide oversight on the Admin Area's administrative costs.
Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of related experience preferably at GC (Grade Level) 1-4.
- Ability to produce reports and presentations for senior management.
- Proficiency in working effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team as well as in cross-functional settings.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm to develop knowledge and skills related to Treasury functions.
- Attention to detail is essential.
