Winery Associate

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Winery Associate. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for each and every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist customers with wine tasting and purchases, providing expert knowledge and recommendations
* Conduct engaging and informative tours of the winery, including structured tastings for tour groups
* Operate a computerized point-of-sale system and perform opening and closing duties
* Assist with special events and provide dinner service in both formal and informal settings
* Represent the winery at offsite events and promote our products
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**

* Smart Serve Certification
* 18 years of age or older
* Ability to work well in a team-focused environment
* Motivation to exceed sales targets
* Critical thinking and decision-making skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Responsible and trustworthy
* Ambitious and goal-oriented
* Retail experience is a must-have
* Ability to lift 40 lbs
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
