Store Operations Management Role

Dollarama L.P. is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily retail store operations and act as Manager on Duty in their absence.

About the Role:

  • Ensure company rules are followed, inventory counts are accurate, and merchandising practices are implemented.
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and assist with recruitment and training activities.

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail industry, preferably with team management experience.
  • Ability to organize time and manage priorities effectively.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.
