We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at XL FOOD INC. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent time management skills
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to prepare and cook meals for our customers. You will be required to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
