- Leader: Look for opportunities to innovate, stay up-to-date with the latest software and pharmaceutical industry trends, and distill them into product requirements.
- Owner: Cultivate the roadmap for your new product, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive product growth.
- Agile Product Development: Design, implement, and iterate to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, business analyst, or consulting role.
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise software.
- Experience launching and growing new applications targeting a specific vertical.
- Demonstrated skills in design, product development, and planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
- Must be based in the Eastern Time zone or at least 1 hour offset.
- Some prior experience implementing software in a professional services capacity.
- Technical degree or hands-on development experience.
- Experience in Laboratory Information Systems is an asset.
- Experience working with application platforms.

- Base Pay: $75,000 - $165,000 CAD.
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
