Help Desk Support Coordinator

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Coordinator to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, or software

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least two years of experience in a help desk support role

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
