Visual Creative Director for Beauty and Fashion Brands

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative visual concepts for our beauty and fashion brands. With a minimum of 6 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in the beauty or fashion industries, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing a wide range of creative marketing materials, including digital and social media assets, campaigns, packaging design, advertising layouts, retailer displays, brand videos, photoshoots, and more.

You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director, Art Director, graphic designers, and brand leads to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables, contributing to a brand-driven, visually impactful experience for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will also mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to ensure creative standards and project timelines are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop innovative visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize efficiencies
  • Mentor junior designers to ensure creative standards and project timelines are met
  • Create visually cohesive and compelling designs that consistently reflect the brand's vision and maintain a strong, unified aesthetic across all touchpoints
  • Research industry trends and consumer insights to elevate design strategies and stay competitive

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on the beauty or fashion industries
  • Deep understanding of color theory and best practices, especially for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) design
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, and conceptual design
  • Proficient in photography and videography, with hands-on experience working in a studio setting is a bonus
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics, bringing creative concepts to life
  • Strong copywriting skills that align with brand voice and messaging
  • Excellent communicator, able to present ideas clearly and influence key stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and Mac OSX
