Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will support leaders and employees throughout our various business lines and provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to identify strategic issues and provide advice and expertise to develop creative solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by presenting multiple perspectives and challenging the status quo.
- Provide strategic guidance on employee engagement, retention, and talent development, succession planning, change management, and more.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset and continually look for opportunities to increase the return on investment of human resources programs.
Requirements
- 10 years of related work experience.
- HR certifications such as CPHR or SHRM preferred.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills.
