About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at First Onsite - CA. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, leading teams of up to 25, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead construction teams on-site, providing direction and ensuring that all work meets our quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate schedules with Project Managers, review project plans, and create detailed materials lists.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to keep everyone informed.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure that policies are followed.
  • Inspect work during and after repairs, making sure everything aligns with the scope before signing off.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience from the restoration/construction industry is a must-have (preferably with Emergency Mitigation experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian construction processes and project scheduling.
  • 3+ years of experience as a supervisor or foreman, leading teams of up to 25 in restoration, emergency, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with reconstruction practices (water, fire, mold, wind, and vandalism damage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, and Xactimate (essential).
  • Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, billing, and general math).
  • A team player committed to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, crawlspaces).
