">Job Summary:
">We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Supervisor to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
">Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
">Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory levels;">
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation;">
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods as required, adhering to quality standards and menu planning;">
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage;">
- Plan menus, oversee food preparation, and maintain quality control measures;">
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to meet business needs;">
