Hotel Front Desk Manager

The Glynmill Inn Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
- Training and Development: Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a hotel front desk role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
