We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Glynmill Inn Incorporated. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Establish and maintain work schedules, procedures, and reports to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to front desk staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
