About the Role

Enverus, a leading energy SaaS company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Support Specialist to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers and vendors receive exceptional support and guidance to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide front-line accounts payable support to vendors via phone, email, or virtual screen share, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  2. Log all vendor AP inquiries in a designated case tracking system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot invoice, field ticket, and purchase order-related issues, working closely with vendors to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, driving high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Stay up-to-date with product and technical knowledge to provide quality support and ensure seamless customer experience.
  6. Follow department and Enverus processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
  3. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and vendors.
  4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Ability to work remotely from home, with occasional travel requirements.
