About the Role

This position involves working as part of a design team to plan, develop, and test electrical and electronic systems, including interpreting blueprints and other instructions to determine work requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the building and testing of prototypes, assisting in design development, and preparing estimates and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation
  • Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements
  • Supervise the building and testing of prototypes
  • Assist in design, development and testing
  • Prepare estimates, schedules, specifications and reports
  • Write specifications
  • Inspect, test and adjust electronic components

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Salary and Benefits
