We are looking for a skilled Laborer to join our team at Paul. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our barns and facilities.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with manual labor tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and repairing equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of both humans and animals within our care.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize barns, including removing manure and waste
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including tractors and combines
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs around the facility
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Experience with manual labor tasks and equipment operation
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments
