We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Pixieset. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our core products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Innovative Product Features: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and the leadership team to drive the product development process.
- Enhance the Design System: Utilize and enhance the design system to ensure a cohesive and consistent product experience.
- Deliver UX Vision: Develop and deliver the UX vision and solutions for core products, aligning with business objectives.
- Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Contribute Strategic Thinking: Contribute strategic thinking to the development of product features that align with the roadmap.
- Technical Feasibility: Ensure design solutions are technically feasible and integrate seamlessly with the overall product strategy.
- Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Industry and User Research: Conduct comprehensive industry and user research to gain deep insights into our market and userbase.
- Culture and Collaboration: Positively influence the design team's culture through collaboration, constructive feedback, and iterative process improvement.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Design Experience: Experience designing SaaS products for SMB or Consumers.
- Complex Product Features: Experience owning the design of complex product features and user experiences.
- Design Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience in product design.
- Design Tools: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- User-Centered Design: Strong user-centered design principles and design thinking.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high-level of attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Hybrid Work Environment: Hybrid work environment (2 in-office days per week).
