This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support for the successful delivery of School of Access & Continuing Education programs/courses/contracts. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Manager, Continuing Education, and in cooperation with faculty and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to CE Coordinators, including project management, course evaluations, and logistical assistance.
- Assist with course and faculty evaluations, maintain curriculum and resource collections, and coordinate proposals for contract training and other opportunities.
- Provide first point of contact service to students and the public, handle queries, and refer non-CE enquiries appropriately.
- Perform general office duties, such as word processing, data entry, and compiling reports, as required.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of direct mailing marketing systems and coordinate materials development.
- Recognized two (2) year diploma in Office Administration or Business Management or related field of study.
- 2 years or more of relevant experience, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including self-directed development of new administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
