Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food preparation.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Ensure Quality Control Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in food service management.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

32 to 44 hours per week.
