Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project coordination and administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills. This role involves providing pre-construction advice, monitoring construction costs, participating in owners' meetings, and defining scopes of work for small-scale projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of design, project coordination/administration experience
  • Practical knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
  • Valid driver's license
  • A professional approach (attitude, appearance, and demeanor)
  • Solid motivation, flexibility, and a strong desire to be an enthusiastic team player
