Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse customer base
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
