Season Pass Supervisor

At Mount Washington Alpine Resort, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Season Pass Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Season Pass office, ensuring seamless sales and customer service experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train new employees to provide exceptional customer service and ensure they have the necessary tools to perform their job safely and effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the Season Pass office, ensuring accurate sales and collection of payments.
  • Communicate and liaise with other Leads, assigning daily tasks and ensuring they are being accomplished.
  • Maintain accurate databases and produce reports to support business decisions.
  • Provide regular and timely feedback to team members and ensure staff breaks are covered.
  • Utilize the POS system, Sirius ware, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Support online ticket and pass sales, as well as marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Tourism, Hospitality, and/or Adventure Tourism is an asset.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions that balance value to our guests and profitability to the resort.
  • Strong computer skills, including POS, Excel, and Word.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience providing leadership and coaching to employees.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Comox Valley and surrounding area, as well as a passion for people and the outdoors.
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful and high-volume situations.
